To register for the annual Oshkosh Placement Exchange CLICK HERE! (starting December 1, 2025)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and purchase orders.

Once you have submitted your registration materials, participants will be directed to an online payment form. You will need to complete this for your registration to be fully processed.

2026 Candidates Registration	$50.00

Employer In Person: (planning to attend OPE)	$400
Employer Online Only:	$400

*One interview space and one listing is included in registration fee.

Additional Fees:

Additional Interview Space:	$150 each additional space
Additional Listing:	$50 each additional listing

*To guarantee that all rooms are together, please reserve additional rooms as soon as is possible

Registration fee is non-refundable.

Note: To support ongoing professional development opportunities, the promotion and support of diversity activities and public relation initiatives for the UW Oshkosh Department of Residence Life, a portion of the Oshkosh Placement Exchange employer and candidate fees will be forwarded to a student/faculty account. All remaining fees are used to fund the Oshkosh Placement Exchange.
