Questions for a potential employer

Questions you might ask a potential employer

The interview is your opportunity to learn more about the position, the school, and the department you are considering. You should not look only for a school that will have you, you should also look for a good fit; a program who's philosophy aligns with values you currently hold that  will raise challenges that will encourage you as a professional.

Most interviews will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions. If you do not have questions, it may look as if you don’t care/haven’t prepared or are not focused in your job search.
